The purpose of this exercise is to combine fragments to find new spatial and blank outcomes. I began by Combining Elements of the Eileen Gray Floor plan with a metal drip edge sectional detail. The combination of these fragments generate novel spatial outcomes. The figures found within this hybrid are used to generate three dimensional forms. These are evaluated based on their formal qualities as well as their interiority. This workflow allows for a better understanding of different means of representation, transcending conventional notions of plan and section.
