Approaching housing as social infrastructure, the program is supportive housing for working-wage families in Lufkin, Texas. North Lufkin residents have generational ties but have experienced few neighborhood improvements in half a century. The proposed housing clusters create a micro-urbanism, fostering connections around shared outdoor spaces that are a combination of flexible and specific programed spaces.
